HOW IT STARTED
The Soper Companies started in 2005 with one man, one shovel, and one dump truck. Scott Soper was that individual who started developing his dream in Winnebago County. Because of his passion and perseverance, the company has expanded, now with four separate divisions. Soper Companies currently employs over 150 people, and continues Scott’s vision to become the number one company in the construction industry to partner with and work for.
